Gioia Counselling Services is dedicated to providing quality support to teens and adults from all communities. Erica is experienced in helping individuals connect and get curious about themselves, develop & strengthen skills, as well as reclaim their power. Erica uses an eclectic approach to support you in reaching your goals.

Erica works with individuals (15 & up) and families navigate obstacles, gain deeper awareness of self and develop skills to live a fuller life.

Do You Remember The Sunset Lamp? During lockdown I saw this all over Instagram and TikTok. I decided to give it a go..and still use it to this day when I need a boost. Benefits 🌱 Some have found it can help: -boost serotonin levels -can reduce anxiety responses -creates a warm and cozy environment - help regulate our circadian rhythm It can be used in the morning, right when you wake up or before you go to bed. Some have said they work it into their routine for approx. 15-30 minutes.
BTS of setting up the art space at the office. A fact about me: I’m not a huge fan of building furniture- I personally find it overwhelming. However, here we are with the finished product. A fully, stable and functional table (lol).
This still feels so surreal (somebody pinch me)! Aside from being a social worker, I truly love decorating spaces. My vision for the new office was cozy, airy and warm. I’m patiently waiting for a few more pieces, stay tuned!
